As an active investor myself, who currently own a large portfolio of properties across King and Pierce counties, I am able to offer a more in-dept perspective to my clients that many other real estate broker can't, which is the ability to be able to share my own personal experience being both a buyer and seller in numerous transactions throughout the years.
