I am a 200 hour certified Yoga teacher. I currently teach at LA Fitness and Golds Gym. I teach a Power Vinyasa style yoga that is accessible to all levels of students. I bring the yoga to you and make sure the class is special for you. I am friendly and kind and want you to succeed in your goals.

I hired Josh to do a weekly private yoga class for elderly residents in my adult family home. He is very soothing and adapts his routines to their level of mobility and cognitive ability. He did such a great job that I also hired him to do a private session for myself weekly. He is very professional and takes time to correct and make sure you are doing poses in a healthy way for your body while also pushing your limits. I would definitely recommend his services to others.

Josh is an awesome instructor! He listened to my goals and pushes me to be better every session. I quickly realized I had been doing yoga all wrong! It's worth every penny and then some!

My experience was great. Josh took the time take me through a session and correct my form as we went. He asked before he adjusted and really wanted me to get the most out of my practice. I am preparing to do my own teacher training and he was a great resource. We spoke about making your own practice your own and honoring where you are. We chatted about poses that are challenging and how to approach them if you are not able to do them. I feel more confident as I progress along my own journey. I would definitely recommend Josh.
