I have been helping others transform for the past 12 years, everyone from professional retired MLB players, injured elder who felt their "good years" were behind them, weekend warriors, teens, and everyone in between.
You DO still have time, you DO have capacity, there IS a way to feel and move better.
I personally have moved through major weight losses, career-ending injuries and setbacks, and have major empathy for those obstacles.
