My mission is to inspire, educate, guide, and provide structure for people's fitness, strength, and health processes. I have been helping others transform for the past 12 years, everyone from professional retired MLB players, injured elder who felt their "good years" were behind them, weekend warriors, teens, and everyone in between. You DO still have time, you DO have capacity, there IS a way to feel and move better. I personally have moved through major weight losses, career-ending injuries and setbacks, and have major empathy for those obstacles. We all start from wherever we start.. The important thing is JUST TO START! Through fun, comprehensive, concise sequencing of modalities like: Yoga, athletic therapeutics, strength & conditioning, physical therapy + We can create a path FOR LONGEVITY. Benjamin REALLY knows his stuff. It is clear that he is devoted to a holistic approach to overall health and fitness. I appreciated how he used his knowledge of anatomy to individualize our work, so that I could maximize my effort and energy without injuring myself. He is super fun to work with, knowing when to lean into encouragement and when to validate that moving the body in new ways is hard. On top of all that, he is really likeable, thoughtful and funny, so I left in a great mood. I will definitely be coming back for more.

I have been working with Benjamin for a few weeks. I always feel energized and motivated after my sessions. He is so knowledgeable and in tune with the body, crafting unique experiences for what I need towards my physical goals. I like the combination of yoga flow, strengthening, and mobility that he utilizes. Definitely would recommend for those looking for one-on-one coaching if crowded gyms and motivation have been a deterrent from working out and staying healthy. He is the best in his field in my opinion! And easy on the eyes as well which is motivating also!!!

I have been working with Benjamin for over 1 year - 3 times per week (when my career commitments permit) and would HIGHLY recommend him as a trainer and coach. I have health issues and after not working out for 35 years Benjamin customizers my time with him in a way that I always leave my sessions feeling better. I have also benefited from his extensive knowledge of health issues and am so thankful. From a strength perspective; I am so much stronger than I when I began my training and it makes home projects and my everyday tasks so much easier. I can't recommend Benjamin enough - anyone that works with him will be treated with respect, given an individualized session and a coach that puts your best interest and physical health at the forefront of your time with him.
