FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The total cost and time of a project depend on factors such as the quantity of items, and the speed of client’s decision making regarding what to keep, discard or donate. Organizing sessions are generally four hours each (it can depend on the project). I offer packages, but can also work on an hourly basis, if needed. Bigger projects can take place over several days and weeks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an Initial Consultation to identify client’s organizing needs and goals, and to determine the start date, session length and schedule of our sessions. From there we can start with the organizing process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the Fast Track Method Trained Organizer Course by the Institute for Professional Organizers. I am a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and NAPO Seattle Area Chapter. And I keep myself up to date in the subject by reading on the subject and participating actively on NAPO events.
