These guys are the real deal! Not only are the guys super efficient, they are also friendly and took care of our stuff like it was their own. We had some really have stuff to be moved and they did it without any complaints. John was super responsive throughout the process and was very easy to work with. You will not be disappointed if you choose to use them.

This was the worst moving experience EVER. My advice, hire and pro and not a scamming business with amateur movers. Save yourself the time and the money. It took 12 hours to partially pack and move a 1 br apartment 2.5 miles. Obismal service. Never again. I found my boxes strewn across my apartment complex nowhere near the loading dock or the truck. Owner offered excuses and $40 discount. It took 40 min for them to do one round trip on the truck alone, now I'm stuck shelling out more $ for ANOTHER mover before the end of month because they couldn't even get the job done. When they left I was also stuck with $350 of material expenses that were never in the quite.
Move For Less LLC.'s reply
Hello Aina Thank you for your feedback. We do not receive negative reviews often. However, we take every review very seriously because they help us to improve our service. First, we wanted to apologize for any inconvenience we made. We care about the quality of our work and the experience our customers have with us. I spoke with my crew lead and he was shocked because of this undeserved review you post on emotions for us just because you haven't received your 480$ discount which was impossible to apply. I did all possible to discount as much money I can and we were agreed on 50$ off from final bill. My crew was working very hard to finish the job in the shortest time frame, and at the same time performing the best quality job possible. However packing took us 4.5 hours because of a huge amount of small fragile kitchen items and a huge amount of regular house belongings so instead of spending 10 small boxes for the kitchen we spend 14 medium and 11 small size boxes and 4 wardrobe boxes for all move. Also per our recorded conversation on 08.22.17, you said that you want us to pack the only kitchen and 4 wardrobe boxes. I had a meeting with my crew and 4.5 hours of packing was the time required to pack everything correctly and carefully because there was a ton of small fragile items that all needed to be wrapped individually to prevent any kind of damage. Being in this business for a pretty long time I know that packing is a really complicated process and you can not give an exact estimate at all for such a projects so we were doing approximate time and the quote that I provide was only for the labor it self. All packing materials and boxes in any moving company are always going to cost additional because we have to spend time and money to prepare them for our customers. Usually, our customers are so happy that we save their time and they do not have to be involved in purchasing and storing all those packing materials and deal with all this preparation headache. It is very unfortunate that you did not appreciate all we did for you. We never had such an unfair situation before. The loading and unloading part took us a little more than 7 hours working at the fastest speed possible but we have to understand that we had only 2 workers crew going back and forth from 18th floor to loading dock. We worked very hard and to our best ability, my crew left our facility at 7 am and returned back only at midnight, which proves again that we did everything in our ability to serve you the best way we can. Please accept our apologies and we hope that through our communication we will resolve all the issues that you have. Also, I am adding pictures to prove that we were dealing with huge amount of small and fragile items. Thank you Sincerely John

TERRIBLE SERVICE! LACK OF RESPONSE! DAMAGED GOODS! We originally scheduled you guys for a move for Friday, August 28th at 9am at my old house located at University Place, WA 98467. During the estimate, you guys quoted a 5-6 hr job. But then lat minutely the night before the move (Thursday, Aug 27th), you’d inform me that 2 of your guys called in sick and so you’d have to make arrangements and postpone the move to 3-4pm. Which I had kindly accommodated and agreed to despite the huge inconvenience and burden it’ll have on our schedule especially since that would essentially put our moving to be completed around 10pm, when the new community’s policy is that quiet time is 11pm. Come moving day, yours guys hadn’t showed up at all between the promised timeframe of 3-4p. No phone calls, no notifications, no heads up. We waited and waited and finally reached out to you guys to get status. Instead of giving us an apology at first, you guys decided to tell me “that the movers are on their way” and that for me to “BE PATIENT”. What kind of customer service did that?! Not only did you significantly postponed a promised time of 9am to now 3-4pm, yet now you guys didn’t even make that window, and didn’t even bother to give the client a courtesy heads up, yet you think it’s appropriate to tell ME to be patient as if I’m the one at fault. Despite all that, you insisted that the movers were on their way and that they would be there by 5pm. But 5 pm rolls around and still NOBODY. I called again, and you guys said the guys were still interested heir way and that they “were stuck in a bit of traffic” so their ETA is 5:30p. Then 5:30p comes around, still nobody showed up. FINALLY they showed up at 5:50p and didn’t start officially till 6pm. Which at this point, pushed our estimated completion time to be well into at least midnight. The crew showed up, looking all disheveled and beat— no apologies on their part for showing up 2 hrs late of their scheduled time. We proceeded to move through the process and pointed out the priorities of items we need to transport in case there were not enough room to fit the rest, that at least the bigger and bulkier awkward items are loaded: I.e. garage shelves, Blueberry bushes, mattresses, bedframes, dressers, washer/dryer, ottomans, etc. We had already disassembled most of the items ourselves and then boxed up a significant amount of boxes. We specifically instructed the movers that the already packed boxes are least in priority mainly because we can finish off the move ourselves by fitting the boxes in our own van if there’s not enough room in the truck. The crew acknowledged this but later just started loading all the boxes first and I kept asking the guys that they make sure that there’s enough room to fit the priority items I’ve listed ahead of time. They insisted that they know and that there’s plenty of room. As they loaded everything, the 4th guy finally showed up 2 hours later. Even then the guys were moving rather slowly, and I asked them if we were their 2nd move for the day- of which they responded with a chuckle and said that it was in fact, “Their THIRD move for the day”. Not sure how that’s even humanly possible or ethical to have someone physically laborious work for 18 hrs straight. But that obviously explains their slower movements and how they seemed exhausted already. Which also explains why a 5-6hr move ended up being a full 8 hr move that even then not fully completed mainly because we ended up finishing at 2am in the morning. Upon wrapping up the last load and having loaded the packed boxes instead of the awkward bulky items first, they quickly ran out of room. So the guys told me that they may not be able to fit the 7 blueberry bushes as I had requested and told me that I may need to hire an additional truck tomorrow to transport those. I was not happy as I was very clear from the get go And even throughout the moving to remind them that the blueberry bushes was priority. Yet now they “don’t have enough room”. In the end, they had 3 guys pushing my Massage chair with all their night to cram it in further (crushing whatever is behind it) in order to try and make room for the blueberry bushes. They crammed in the blueberry bushes and stacked them on top of one another like a pyramid — breaking and squashing my branches. I watched in horror and had to remind them to please be careful with my plants as I heard branches snapping. They ran out of room so They then wrapped my mattress on the outside of the truck. In the end, they left the ottomans and other ancillary items behind. We finally reached the destination and by that time, the guys were completely exhausted and so we just told them to move most of everything into the garage rather than having them move the boxes to the designated area. We helped unwrapped all the packaging and remove the blankets for them. Even then, the move didn’t finish till 2 AM in the morning! Everyone was beat and exhausted including us! We felt bad for the guys as they worked hard even though they got wreck less at the end, we still felt bad and tipped them. However, because we finished so late I told he middle of the night, we all went to bed and decided to tackle the unloading/unpacking later. Come late morning, we realized there were damages to a few of our items: 1.) a divet ding in our stairway post. This is a BRAND NEW constructed home and you guys caused an unsightly dong on our stairway! 2.) Dings and divets on the top of our dresser, and 3.) one of our TV stands’ leg was broken—Probably from when they forced and pushed in our massage chair to make room for the blueberry bushes. Pictures are shown below. So overall, this experience has been a nightmare. There is no reason for us to have been pushed all the way to 6pm move and inevitably making the night drag all the way to 2am in the morning. Very unprofessional to not have given client courtesy heads up when they’re running significantly late. It’s ridiculous that the guys were on their 3rd move for the day, and because we were the last move, the guys were dragging quite a bit and therefore we had to pay for overage of how much longer it’s taking them to move. And then in the end, they caused damages to some of our items and a brand new home. Even when I addressed these complaints to you guys via text, your representative instead of apologizing, you simply tried to argue “that it’s their 2nd move, not third”. Not sure how that’s the case when your guys explicitly told me that it’s their 3rd move? The representative handling your 425-256-2181 number is not professional at all. Russell from your customer care called Saturday morning to inquire about our experience, and despite having expressed my blatant dissatisfaction, he reassured me that “you guys will make it right for me” and that he will have someone reach out to me right away with 24 hrs. It is Tuesday now, and still no follow up call or response. I am hoping that by sending you and outlining the sequence of event that you may understand why I am pissed off and gravely dissatisfied with your services. However, I am looking for what you will do to “make it right” for me as a client that experienced a nightmare of your service, before I start posting this entire encounter all over social media, Yelp, thumbtack, google, etc and have my friends and family do the same to spread the words.

Move For Less LLC.'s reply
Hi Tiffany, thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you had a negative experience. It is not easy to satisfy every customer, especially those who have high expectations. We went to your house to estimate your move and we gave you a reasonable estimate, but you wanted to save money and told us that you are going to disassemble the furniture yourself. However, when our movers arrived, you were unprepared 100% for moving. We are always ready to help, no matter how busy we are. We expect our customers to understand circumstances the same way understand customers' changes or being unprepared. We investigated your claim and complain, we sent one of best reliable crews to help you move. Moving is a process and accidents may happen. You asked about insurance policies and coverage plans, but in the end you selected the FREE plan, instead of the full replacement plan which costs $$$. We are going to resolve your claim according to the UTC regulation, and and if we damaged your interior because some of the furniture did not fit the entrance, we will definitely fix it. We work with handy men and I believe it would not be problem to fix. I apologize we did not get back to you earlier, but it feels like you started threatening with negative reviews from the beginning. Typically customers who start with threats are not willing to resolve adequately, it feels all they want to get money only. We are a moving company, accidents happen and we fix to the best of our capability, according to the regulations and sometimes we go beyond in good favor. I wish you all the best. John
