Our experience with Sapir construction was very good. From day one they were responsive & answered all our questions throughout patiently. They understood our budget and vision very well. Our master bath was small & space was complicated. They never compromised efficiency for aesthetics or vice versa. The process was smooth and fast. We went from having a crammed and outdated bathroom to the bathroom of our dreams in no time! Their team is excellent and very professional. They have some great ideas which we ended up in finalizing. We are so happy that we went with Sapir construction for our needs. If you're looking for any remodeling work, call them, you won't regret it!

I had to remodel the kids bath it was old and needed to be updated. Plumbing was in really bad shape and tile was cracked. I talked to 3 contractors before I met moris. He was very straightforward about the cost of the project and didn't try to lowball me even though he knew I had other prices. Very nice guy knows what he is doing Allwsys on time and has a fantastic crew. He finished the project in a timely manner and everything was like clockwork. I picked up the fixtures and the tile and The result was amazing. I will recommend to anyone I know and definitely use him in the future for other projects. Thanks moris for a great job.

We offer fair prices for a premium service. We do offer discounts and work closely with homeowners to help keep costs as low as we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to do a brief consultation on the phone to get an idea of what the homeowner wants. Then we conduct a home consultation to see the property in person, take measurements, pictures, and see how we could execute their desired project. Then we send a summary and rough pricing to the homeowner, and if the homeowner agrees, we sign a contract that outlines the scope of work, cost, and payment schedule.
