- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client informs the platform in advance of his need, as soon as we receive the information, we get in touch to align the service and values, our prices are pre-established and tabulated depending on the type of cleaning, size of the house and desired extra services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers need to know that we will contact you before the cleaning to notify you of the cleaner's arrival and align cleaning details, after the service we will contact you for service feedback and also to send payment information. Our cleaners take all the material and products necessary for cleaning, our customers don't have to worry about anything. We work with 3 types of cleaning: regular/basic, deep, move in/move out. In the case of standard cleaning, we always recommend that you do a deep cleaning of the house first (if you have never done professional cleaning) to better meet your expectations as it is a more complete service, then follow with standard cleanings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We follow a standard of cleanliness and quality, when our cleaners start, they receive training and feedback on a daily basis to always maintain excellence in performance.
