It’s unfortunate you felt that way. We at rg housecleaning always try to go above and beyond to make sure our clients are left happy and with a squeaky house. First off, when we first met we had the conversation and you agreed on 3 hours of work, and I would get done what I could on those 3 hours, cause that’s how you wanted to do it because my initial quote was for what I saw your house needed ; at least six works- your project needed a lot of attention to get to the nooks and cracks, the work was piled up it would need a LOT to get it clean. After all, I told you before hand I would be 20 min late and you also agreed on it. Here at RG housecleaning we don’t do it that way; we had conversations and everything that was done had your approval, very disappointed that you even told me you didn’t want to pay us after we even worked 4 hours; a complimentary hour to finish the area we were on. Again, unfortunate you felt that way after everything we did to coordinate with you. Hopefully you’ll find a cleaner that fits your needs
