This handyman does the work by himself along with an occasional helper. He put up wallboard in a garage and did some wood replacement on an outside stairway.

He was able to resolve all the issues I had with my house. He is also very affordable. The only inconvenience is that he doesn't speak English and we had to communicate through Google translate which we ended up making it work.
