IT is very important for us to be cost-effective for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first we come on site and investigate the problem from all sides. Because identifying the cause of the problem is the key to successfully solving the problem. Then we make an estimate, discuss the details, and if we understand that we have mutual understanding with our customer, we sign a contract and get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
