Kiko was responsive and offered a competitive quote. He communicated well before his trip. He worked over 2.5 hrs to clean up sofa and loveseat. For stains that were hard to remove, he used multiple products and cleaned those up. He also warned about using excessive products that can damage the fabric. The furniture smelled and look good post cleaning. Good value for money. Would 10/10 recommend for upholstery cleaning.
