Hired Isaiah to mount a new 85” tv for us. Also needed him to help take down the existing tv and then use the existing mount to mount the new one. He was very responsive when I was searching for someone who could take in this project and gave me a great estimate based on the info I provided. He was flexible with timing based on my work schedule and even met at 5pm to make it work for me. Once he arrived he helped me safely remove my existing tv just fine. He then started work on using that mount to mount the new one but ran into multiple hiccups along the way I wasn’t aware of based on where the existing mount sat on the new tv, the location of the electrical outlets behind the tv and the stud locations. Isaiah was awesome about coming up with alternative options and ways to make it work regardless. He let us know the tv couldn’t be centered exactly on the wall we wanted but did everything he could to get it as close as possible while still being fully secure. He also had to get creative by adding some spacers in between the wall and mount to allow it to work. He did extra work and was at our house for about 3 hours in what was supposed to be a much simpler project. He obviously had to increase the project cost based on extra effort but when I expected it to be significantly higher he presented a very fair number and then proceeded to finish the project and do an awesome job. We are very happy with the way it turned out and am thankful we found Isaiah and his patience, expertise and professionalism to take care of it for us. Will be using him on any future projects I have and would recommend him to anyone needing any handyman work done around the house for a fair price!

I was looking for someone who could help me with a project I couldn't do by myself. I'm a retired contractor and Isaiah would have been an employee that I would have tried to keep. You should understand that none of the guys that Thumbtack advertises for will work for the hourly rate that they post, they have overhead just like any other contractor, and you won't really know what they charge unless you get a bid. Yukon Design was significantly less expensive than others I contacted, but still more than the hourly rate they are advertising. Hire him.
