- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 full grooming session for 25lbs and under, $120 full grooming session for 25-35lbs dogs,35-45lbs $150. And we serve only two fur clients a day. Thank you for understanding. Additional $20 teeth brushing Teeth Tartar removal $100 Dematting and detangling will be $30+ depends on the condition Coloring $50+ depends on the style Tips are always greatly appreciated!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on client’s cooperative level, one pup grooming normally takes 3-5hours, two pup grooming normally takes 4-6hours. Our Standard General Grooming Steps: Firstly, bathroom break and warming up with little fur buddies, 2nd, deep clean with anal glands expression, 3rd, stress free drying and brush hair, 4th, deep ear cleaning, 5th, grooming start, 6th, body and sanitary hair cut, then give a water break, 7th dry and brush mouth area fur and do facial hair cut. 8th, nail trimming and grinding. 9th, decorating with a collar or tie. And photo time! Sending before & after to parents. 10th, spray with natural canine fragrance and go back to parents!
