FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bankruptcy cases at my firm are typically quoted as a flat rate price. The flat rate depends on the complexity of the case. I offer payment plans and do my best to accommodate my clients. Most importantly, I want the bankruptcy process to work for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am here for you and try my best to accommodate my clients. I can be reached by phone, email, and text. The most important part is that you have a sense of ease while going through the bankruptcy process with me. Therefore, whatever it takes, I am always happy to help. Consultations are always free. Giving me a call will be the easiest and hardest step that you'll have to take to get your bankruptcy underway.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to read about the nation's debt issues, attend seminars, conferences, and talk to colleagues about bankruptcy and how it affects the American people.
