- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive, but not the lowest possible. As with any similar business, we have a lot of expenses to have the business running successfully. And this marketplace is not the only source of customers/leads.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually ask for an address (if we still don't have it) and a model name of your unit. That helps get the right part and possibly complete the repair during one visit instead of making multiple visits.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My way is rather not typical. I'm a first generation immigrant from Ukraine that came here not at a young age. I knew how to fix stuff before, but had to learn some new skills hard way. I'm a professional now.
