- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for my 15 years of experience and quick ability to source the root of problems as opposed to layers of small fixes. My motto is, “Do it once, do it right, do it in its entirety.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for pictures and any information that will help me be better prepared for the work order. I do not show up blindly and hope to sell you what you don’t need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of formal day school for general plumbing coursework. Served an 8000 hour apprenticeship in Wisconsin. I’m a journeyman plumber in multiple states.
