What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*please note price varies due to how many pets, and what type of pet, and type of service. I do drop in visits as well, can be customized. Other services I do as well listed down below. I do charge holidays fee, on thanksgiving, Christmas, new years etc. * Drop in visit: $22+ (price for 1 dog) $19+ (price for 1 cat) Sitter pick up and drop off: $35 Pick up (ONLY): $18 Drop off (ONLY): $18
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually respond Monday- Friday, faster from 12-1pm or anytime after 5:30pm. Weekends I will reply pretty fast.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started on rover, and still on rover. When I was 18yr and now I’m about to be 21. I personally love dogs I have 4 dogs myself. I didn’t know I could make it a “job”. I genuinely enjoy being a dog sitter because, it doesn’t feel like a job. I don’t feel stressed, I can make my own schedule.
