We hired Olga’s team to perform a move out clean. She was responsive, punctual, and clearly communicated her process. I contacted Olga to inquire about a deep cleaning service for my parents. They had become overwhelmed with projects and needed the help. Olga helped me set it up for a Christmas gift— she was very helpful in this! My parents were a bit hesitant other times when I had suggested this help in the past. After Olga and her team had completed the cleaning service, my parents were thrilled!
This was a big job and Olga’s company was exceptional in the service itself, but also in her communication as I live out of state. She was reliable, thorough and also made my parents feel comfortable and well taken care of. I am very appreciative of the entire process. She made payment easy. I highly recommend her services and team. This is a great way to help your parents when they need help or are hard to buy for at holidays or birthdays. I am going to use her cleaning services throughout the year to remind my parents I am there for them even though I don’t live close.
