I am very happy with Shoppes and Dwellings' work on our rental unit.
Johnny was wonderful! I had some ideas of what I wanted, but Johnny's recommendations really improved the project and reduced my costs. I wanted a facelift for the front of the house, and he suggested a full-length deck with 2x6 stained deck boards running up the wall and a pergola entrance with hanging flowers. As you can see in the photos, what a marvelous idea and execution!
He helped me figure out how to remove the small galley kitchen and transform it into a charming kitchenette with a new dishwasher, refrigerator, and countertop appliances, while also creating space for a separate laundry area. He did an excellent job with the drywall and painting throughout the unit. Then he repaired the windows and installed all new door hardware. Next he also assembled the furniture and hung pictures and wall art in this furnished unit.
Everything came together beautifully, resulting in very appealing photos for my ads! I highly recommend Shoppes and Dwellings for any work you need done!
