With 15 years of owner experience in the industry, our goal is to bring clean air, and energy efficient homes throughout the PNW. We are using the most advance and modern equipment from Air-wave duct cleaning system, to Thermal imaging cameras for energy loss inspections. ABA was running a special when we were getting quotes so we went with them. I did check the reviews though and they were great. They worked with our schedule and were able to see us pretty quickly. We were given a two hour (2-4) window in which they would arrive but we were lucky and they arrived at 2:15. He introduced themselves and asked me to show them all the vents in the house and where the dryer was located. He said it would take an hour, which it did. He showed us all of the dryer lint they removed (yikes it was a lot!). They were friendly and professional, no mess left behind. (I wish I could remember their names) I will definitely use ABA HVAC again!

They initially answered a lot of questions I had over the phone then followed that up with a free estimate including an inspection. They were able to replace all of my insulation and my vapor barrier in a day and a half. They also insulated my pipes and fixed a duct that wasn't insulated properly. I'd recommend this company to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a few promotions that are very relevant to times we are in with COVID-19. Our current promotions can be found on our main page in our website. We also offer a 10% senior and military discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would normally schedule the customer either for a free inspection and estimate when it is regarding any home improvement project, or schedule for our current Air Duct Cleaning promotion for $99 for houses up to 2,000sqf.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 11 years of experience in the industry. My experience involved working as a tech myself, and running a company with 20 technicians and over 15 office employees. The experience is in air duct cleaning and furnace cleaning, including ducts or furnace replacement, any attic or crawlspace work ( such as insulation or vapor barrier ), and also remodeling.
