He came the same day requested. Texted me while on the way here. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what needed to be done & showed us the parts that needed to be replace, plus cleaned everything before he left. My oven wasn’t lighting properly, and we smelled gas every time we used it. Igor responded immediately to my request for service and was available the next day. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and replace the defective part immediately. Though I hope I don’t have any issues with other appliances, I will definitely call him first if I do!

Igor quickly identified the reason for the issue we called about and was able to repair our refrigerator motor that day. He also noted an issue we had called about before which had remained unfixed in more than one visit from another technician. He showed us the faulty part and suggested fixing it rather than replacing it, which he did. We are very, very pleased with his services.
