Igor was very kind and explained all the things that were wrong with my washing machine, and also sent me a video on how to load the washer so that it doesn't put the leveling out of whack. He is a great repair person and a nice person.

Igor diagnosed two of our refrigerators last year. He repaired one and we are very happy with the work he did. The second refrigerator was unable to be repaired due to the cost of parts only. It was less to purchase new than to buy the parts.
