- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50/hour, but am also willing to negotiate set prices for projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a call with the customer where we go through questions about their project. Then, I'll prepare a presentation with selections such as paint, furniture, tile, etc. as well as a source list and budget. We can iterate on that presentation as necessary until we've reached a final design that the customer loves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate in interior design from New York Institute of Art and Design. I also have extensive project management experience from my prior professional career. Separately, I have both a bachelor's and graduate degree in another field.
