A really fantastic experience from the beginning. The quote was very thorough, professional, and competitive in price, and scheduling with them was very easy. Francisco and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and professional and did beautiful work, and i genuinely enjoyed working with him.
I hired them to install 6 new windows, new siding and fascia, paint, cedar detailing around the front door, and cedar soffits. The photos show the before and then several during and after photos (it’s been so rainy that I haven’t been able to get good final shots yet but will try to update if I can).
The project ran into a few issues outside their control and they were very understanding and flexible when some materials I had ordered were delayed and then lost, which impacted their schedule. The construction of my house is also a bit weird and I am a particular client (I’m an architect and had a specific vision) but Francisco had excellent suggestions to problem-solve in difficult areas and the final result is better than I ever hoped. Highly recommend!!

Francisco installed a large window (50 inches by 90 inches) for me on the 2nd level. He arrived on time, completed the work timely and cleaned up properly after the work was completed.
As with such projects, there could be some unknowns and in my case, as well, an unknown came up while taking the old window out. But he was able to figure out an alternate solution in terms of how to take it out, without having to cut the dry wall and was subsequently able to install the new window properly. And he did his due diligence in terms of figuring out the alternate solution and verifying it with his son, whom he called up for a consult to show the problem and discussed the alternate solution.
Cutting the drywall would have been the last resort (as Francisco does not patch/finish dry wall) and I would have to hire someone else which would have increased the cost of the project. But with his attitude of keeping things honest and fair for both the parties and efforts he was able to solve the unanticipated problem.
I hired Francisco, cause talking to him I got a sense that he is honest, transparent and fair in terms of what to expect, how much effort it is on his part, the quality of work he brings and the cost of it.
And am happy to say that my sense about Francisco at the time of hiring him was right. I will definitely call Francisco again.

ER Smart Siding did a wonderful job replacing my 19 windows, 4 skylights, and two exterior doors. It was a complicated project, but they worked diligently, professionally, and very detailed to make sure everything fit well, was sealed tightly, and will last for many many years to come. From the initial bid (very competitive pricing) to the final result was an easy and streamlined process. A big thing I appreciated was how they took the time to make sure the window layout and the trim around the windows would complement the house and made sure I was happy each step of the way. Very pleased with how it turned out and I strongly recommend hiring ER Smart Siding for your next project.
