Francisco installed a large window (50 inches by 90 inches) for me on the 2nd level. He arrived on time, completed the work timely and cleaned up properly after the work was completed. As with such projects, there could be some unknowns and in my case, as well, an unknown came up while taking the old window out. But he was able to figure out an alternate solution in terms of how to take it out, without having to cut the dry wall and was subsequently able to install the new window properly. And he did his due diligence in terms of figuring out the alternate solution and verifying it with his son, whom he called up for a consult to show the problem and discussed the alternate solution. Cutting the drywall would have been the last resort (as Francisco does not patch/finish dry wall) and I would have to hire someone else which would have increased the cost of the project. But with his attitude of keeping things honest and fair for both the parties and efforts he was able to solve the unanticipated problem. I hired Francisco, cause talking to him I got a sense that he is honest, transparent and fair in terms of what to expect, how much effort it is on his part, the quality of work he brings and the cost of it. And am happy to say that my sense about Francisco at the time of hiring him was right. I will definitely call Francisco again.
