Came to inspect the roof and walked me through the issues and options in detail. Said I should expect a quote in 24-48 hours, but never materialized despite follow-ups. Please be up-front if you are not interested in taking up the project -- I'd just move on to the next bidder. Added a star only because he seemed professional and knowledgeable in the first meeting.
