At Real Property Management we offer competitive, upfront pricing. We have a 3-tiered pricing structure that offers options for every type of property owner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial call to learn more about the client and property as well as to share who we are at Real Property Management and a bit about the services we provide. From there we schedule a free, no obligation consultation where we have a chance to view the property, make suggestions for preparing the property and review the current market rent rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed real estate broker. Ongoing continuing education on the ever changing Landlord-Tenant , Anti-discrimination and Federal Fair Housing Laws.
