We found Seattle Vegas granite when the existing countertop company we were working with estimated 4-5 weeks for template and installation which risked our project completion timeline. We are thankful that we switched to Seattle Vegas granite service. Sina was super professional and scheduled template in 2 days and installation completed in a week. They are very professional with top notch communication and kept us up to date on the next steps. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for quality countertop service and would like to work with someone who keeps customer needs and project timeline in mind to deliver results !

I recently needed a countertop for a custom bathroom vanity. I was fortunate to find a really nice remnant peace at Seattle Vegas Granite which saved me a ton of money. Unfortunately, I made a mistake when preparing to install it and needed some additional work done on it right away (I had guests coming in a few days and needed to install it before they arrived). I called Sina late on a Thursday and she said I could bring it in that day but it probably wouldn't be ready until Monday. Amazingly, they had it ready for me first thing the next morning. On top of that, they did the extra work for free! Amazing customer service!

The quality of the quartz is exceptional, and I was eager to have it installed in my kitchen. However, after finally getting around to the installation a month later, I realized that my initial measurements were incorrect.Feeling quite stressed about the situation, I decided to text Sina for advice. To my surprise and relief, she responded immediately. Sina was incredibly understanding and reassured me that she could help rectify the issue. Her prompt and professional response made a world of difference in that moment of panic.Sina arranged for the countertop to be cut again to fit the correct measurements. Throughout the process, she was attentive, courteous, and demonstrated a high level of expertise. Wow, wow, wow! This is not the first job for us done by Vegas Granite! Family run, and been around for a while. Junior does the measuring, programs the CNC cutting machine, does the cutting. Senior and crew does the installation- neat and clean! Slight adjustments, electrical outlets, switches cut on site, done very well! Front desk gal was courteous and the help was above and beyond, she found a better supplier, with nicer material, and jumbo size slabs and there was savings there too. Great company, great people! Thank you!
