Victor was very thorough in evaluating the problem with my treadmill. He made no assumptions but made sure that what he suspected was the problem, was actually what was wrong with my treadmill and what was needed to fix it. He also made a temporary fix, so that we could still use the treadmill, while we wait for the replacement part. I would certainly recommend him, and I will definitely use him again!

My treadmill is 28 years old and has been used for years by everyone in my family. I have only needed maintenance on it twice. A few weeks ago, my grandson stepped on the metal casing around the motor, which misaligned the belt. Plus, it was time to get it serviced anyway. I made calls to multiple companies trying to find someone to help me, but either no one would respond, or risk taking the job. They said they couldn't get parts for such an old machine. However, they offered to come and take it off my hands (hmmmm). I found Victor on Thumbtack. Not only was he willing to come to my house WITHIN A WEEK of contacting him, but now the treadmill has been serviced and the belt aligned. Everything is working perfectly. He is quite a find!
