I live in a gated community of almost 60 homes, and I was the "person" to call when the gates didn't work. We tried several vendors and repair time was measured in weeks not hours and very expensive. Someone suggested I call Gate Technologies. Josiah has always immediately and always cost much less than other vendors. We had a need for new battery backup units for our gates. We contacted several vendors and they wanted to replace all 4 of the operators (which were less than a year old), Josiah came up with a perfect solution that works great. The units were ordered and installed with absolutely no issues. I would highly recommend Gate Technologies and Josiah.

Josiah has put in 2 residential gates for us in the past 10 years. He fabricated the last one himself and the workmanship was terrific. Great help in choosing, planning and installing the gate integration system as there were long distances involved. Conscientious & pleasant to work with. Very happy with both jobs. Josiah not only came out and replaced my gate opener with a new one but did it at half the price of what the company I had been using for the last 20 years was going to charge me. I felt he was honest and I would definitely recommend him over the company I had been using.

Josiah fabricated and installed a new gate and operator at our home as well as replacing an old and unreliable operator on a second gate. The new gate is beautiful and the operators are high quality and reliable. We are very happy with his work and highly recommend Gate Technologies.
