FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Custom Electrical Services understands that many other contractors will provide a very low initial cost and then hit the customer with expensive change orders throughout the project. We do our best to give you the realistic number up front so that you know how much your project is going to cost from the start. Our estimating process is top-notch and provides a detailed description of each item we are installing. It also includes a one year warranty on labor. The cost is all inclusive, meaning it covers labor and parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Custom Electrical enjoys to meet new clients in person and we prefer to walk each an every project before we provide an estimate. We feel that it's important to know our client and for our clients to understand why they should do business with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each and every one of our electricians have safety training and are licensed to perform electrical work in Washington State.
