Yanis was super quick in responding to my furnace service request, within minutes. He was able to come by the same day in the evening. Inspection went through smoothly. Yanis also cleaned the condensation drain pipe, including cutting and reconnecting the pvc pipe, at no additional charge. Tips on the igniter, filter, and other components of the furnace came as additional benefits. Also Yanis pointed out a significant omission by the installer, which led to the high efficiency furnace not working at it designed capacity, and I did not even know it until now. All in all, Yanis did a great job, highly recommended.
