We joined as Allred Members last year, they have been great with their service from the on-site to the folks answering the phones and scheduling appointments. Joshua takes good care of our HVAC system. Highly recommended company!

Matthew Mcguire was the gentleman that come out from Allred Heating. He arrived on time and was very professional from the get go. I explained the issue which I was having with the furnace. He explained and showed me step by step what he was doing as he went through the furnace components. It didn't upset him that I stood by, watching everything he was doing and my asking questions along the way. He immediately found the problem and corrected all. I have a family cat that means the world to me. Matt was very careful each time entering the door to make sure my cat didn't escape. I could tell he cared about animals which made me happy. If I need help with the furnace in the future, I will INSIST that Allred send only Matt out, NO ONE ELSE!

Allred was able to come out same day and identify the issue with our furnace. Parts had to be ordered but the turnaround to fix it was very quick. We appreciate the clearness of the services being needed and quote upfront. I would highly recommend this company.
