FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are factored in by a system I created over the years. The most important thing to us is not to cut corners, do quality work, after that it we evaluate distance, skill set required, estimated time to complete project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with many contractors over the years, I’ve learned different things from each of them , from siding to decking or fences to roofing as well as finish carpentry to drywall to flooring, I worked with inventors doing full on house flips doing all the trades myself. I would say the best education is being hands on and learning from your mistakes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandfather was a builder in Seattle, he built many homes on the Inglewood golf course. My grandfather started showing me things at a young age, as well as my father. I’m a 3rd generation contractor.
