Bruce was amazing! First of all he moved things around to meet me and work with my tight timetable. He then did an expert job scanning and restoring 50 year-old wedding pictures. I would hire him again in a minute!!

Bruce, who is Digital Scan Solutions, was outstanding in all the items you present! No one else who responded could anywhere meet the price, yet the finished project was worth many times more. Bruce responded to me immediately, we agreed on the project, and it was in his hands as soon as I had the pictures organized. The pictures were repaired if needed, clear, beautiful, and in the order I presented. The over 4500 pictures were professionally done in a short time. He did exactly what I wanted.

The first process is to listen to a customer and to fully understand their needs. Once the need is understood, we will proceed with a full and complete quote for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
32 plus years working at Eastman Kodak and Kodak Alaris, plus being trained by the best - my father who was a photographic engineer at Eastman Kodak for over 36 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Its in the Genes! Coming from a family with 4 generations/over 150 years of cumulative service to Eastman Kodak led me to start my own business when I retired from Kodak.
