This company is super respectful and they get the job done! They’re greatly priced not to expensive and their work is amazing! They did exactly what I asked for in a great timely manner. 5 stars i recommend for anyone whether it’s something simple like some yard work or work on your house!

Not a great experience. I have had about 10 vacation rentals and like to try to work with new property management. This was not a pleasant experience. Initial work was completed and the attention to detail was lacking. In trying to create a guest experience, detail is everything. This goes to the details of putting furniture etc back in place. These folks are nice and I think they want to go a good job, but….their communication, attention to detail, lack of customer experience and demands of payment before work can be inspected is a dramafest. I think they would be great for small jobs, where you can supervise and hand them payment at the end. However, they are not developed enough to handle a true property management situation or anyone who is not local. What they lack in details, like providing receipts for materials, providing actual estimates, providing work plans which actually get accomplished in the time they say may not matter to some, but are just basic business practices that are a hassle. So, smaller projects, where you are standing there with them yes, whole property management, take your chances, but they are no where near ready for that responsibility or business.
P.S. After their response, they were paid all materials up front, except for the ones they failed to purchase, and paid for all work from initial round. Lastly, a check was mailed to them before posting this review. So, their so called cry of not being paid is patently false. In point of fact, it was paid absent the submission of receipts for materials.
