- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the final menu we settle on. Our prices include the cost of food per person as well as an hourly rate for work at the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to work with you to create the best menu possible for the event. We ask that you tell us everything about the event and what type of food and service you are looking for and we reply with a a bespoke menu with options. We're happy to speak directly to narrow down choices at that point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We got our start cooking together as a family. Early on, we each trained at several well regarded restaurants in New York City including Gramercy Tavern, Blue Hill and Bouley and have since learned more while traveling and working in Italy and France.
