- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60/hr $30/1/2hr Package deals of 3months or 6months offer a discount in price per session. Month to month programs are also available, preferably after completion of one of the above mentioned package deals. It is known that the longer the commitment to the program, the greater the chances of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and ultimate results are achieved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I invite my new customer in for an initial consultation, free of charge. At that time i will discuss their fitness goals so that i may establish their baseline for working out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of U.S.Marine Corps basic training. 30+ years in fitness ; 25 years in personal training.
