- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. We offer discounts to police officers, first responders, teachers, and parents as a token of appreciation. Note that applicable taxes will be added to the final bill. To provide an accurate estimate, we start by gathering project details from our new customers. This includes: Project size (square footage) Specific requirements (e.g. quarter rounds, removals) Furniture and appliance information This helps us understand your needs and deliver a precise quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 Pre-Installation Preparation: To ensure a smooth installation, please have all materials ready and stored inside the house at room temperature (at least 48 hours prior to our arrival). 2 On-Site Installation: Our experienced team will arrive at your project site to begin the installation process. 3 Completion and Payment: Once the job is complete, we'll collect payment and ensure you're satisfied with the results.
