- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour. I provide a 10 % discount on the first project. There is a cancellation fee that would apply to the project in 24-72 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Do a phone consultation to discuss the administrative office needs. If we are a good match the client provides for me a list of daily tasks of administrative work. We exchange payment and I get paid by the week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Four year degree in Mass Communications
