Jacob and Henry came for the estimate. I already like them. They are young, energetic, honest and most importantly very respectful (I’m 75). The estimate by emailwas presented professionally giving details in price and items of jobs needed to be done. We agreed on the price and they started work in two days. The jobs required 2 full days but I had only 1 day to be in the house while they worked and out of town next day. They were willing to start work @7am and work until the job was finished. So that turned out they worked 14 hours that day and completed the jobs. There was a burned thermostat that needed to be replaced. That was the only thing that they needed to come back next week (bc of my schedule) to complete. Everything was done professionally as promised. We had a new electric breaker panel installed replacing the 30 year old antique and additional 4 independent circus outlets and 4 sharing outlets. We also had the whole house electrical baseboard heaters retested and fixed and working great now. Lots of going up and down the attic, rooms and the basement for these young men. They answered patiently my never ending questions. Henry is such a gentleman and kind. Actually they all are. My wife and I are very happy about the jobs done by them. We will use their service again in the future and strongly recommend them for anyone. They provide the best electrical service in town in my opinion.
