Nour was very quick to respond to my initial request for an estimate and showed up exactly when he said he would. He quickly matched the cracked glass in my window and placed the order on the spot. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive, discount is offered depends on the job ( size, difficulty...etc) there is no fees added to our prices and taxes are included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, we usually start with a free no obligation estimate, upon approval to the customer we take our measurements and send the order in. The turnaround time for install is usually 2 to 3 days for regular glass and 7 to 10 days for special order (like tempered).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a Glass and glazing training and I have 10 years field experience with residential and commercial projects.
