Had a broken window that I needed urgently fixed since winter was fast approaching and it was already really cold outside. Nour & Glass Master VA responded to my plead for help very quick! They were very responsive, professional, and answered all my questions/concerns. My window was replaced/repaired in less than a week (very fast turnaround)! Nour responded immediately to my request for support, and we scheduled a convenient time for him to come out to measure and give me an estimate. When I called to tell him I was using him to repair the window, he said it would be ready the next day. He was out and replaced the glass and grids in the window the next day. Good service and very easy to work with.

Had a bit of an emergency with a broken window, but Nour showed up and fixed the issue same day. He also helped repair some other problems we had as well. Great service and great pricing! I had another quote for almost twice the price!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive, discount is offered depends on the job ( size, difficulty...etc) there is no fees added to our prices and taxes are included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, we usually start with a free no obligation estimate, upon approval to the customer we take our measurements and send the order in. The turnaround time for install is usually 2 to 3 days for regular glass and 7 to 10 days for special order (like tempered).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a Glass and glazing training and I have 10 years field experience with residential and commercial projects.
