Mr Sanchez did a great job!!! He painted entire exterior including shutters and set of gutters. I’m very happy with his work. He finished the job in the time frame he set. He was punctual and very responsive. He estimated a very affordable price. Don’t hesitate to hire Mr Sanchez. I am hiring him to do more work for me.

Mr. Sanchez provided a very reasonable estimate for painting the exterior of a large house with a huge amount of trim (starting with trim surrounding 80 windows). His estimate included powerwashing entire house and work on minor repairs. I provided the paint for the job and he estimated how much they would need. His estimate was good as we had enough paint left over for any touch ups in the future. Communication with Mr. Sanchez was quick and responsive including the estimate.
Mr. Sanchez’s team arrived on time. The work was spread over 4 continuous days with only a delay of a partial day for rain.
He and his team were always professional, and worked with me to resolve any new issues or questions that came up. Job finished on time and was good quality. They cleaned up after and put items back in their place. I will probably hire again for other work.
