I had the pleasure of working with Adrienne a few years ago and I'm so glad I got the opportunity. Adrienne is a very kind and sweet person who absolutely loves what she does. I was hesitant at first, not because of Adrienne but because I felt I was "too old" for lessons to be of any use. Adrienne however quickly put my mind at ease and after a few lessons I truly started to believe that I too in my "old age" (early 30s at the time) could see the improvement I was looking for. Adrienne is very thorough and is able to give clear and concise instructions and exercises to pinpoint exactly where you may have troubles and how to strengthen those areas. Lessons are fun and engaging and always packed with information so I'd highly recommend either a notepad, record your lesson, or both so that you have something to go back to for reference. Unfortunately, our time was cut short due to the pandemic followed by a relocation but if I ever get the chance to work with Adrienne again I most certainly will.
