They came and were respectful of my space and time. They did a good job with the installation. One area of improvement is in explaining the installation process for plugin vs hardwired fans and the fact that it is best to write a check to avoid credit card surcharge fees.

The woman on the phone, Linda, was quick to take down my information and get me on the schedule. She was very professional and efficient. Unfortunately, the installer tried two Radon Fans when he was here, both very noisy. I complained to the company and they corrected the situation with a quieter fan after a few days. Problem resolved.
