They came and were respectful of my space and time. They did a good job with the installation. One area of improvement is in explaining the installation process for plugin vs hardwired fans and the fact that it is best to write a check to avoid credit card surcharge fees.

The installers were right on time, answered my questions, did the installation and were gone. No mess, no dust, even tho they had to drill holes in my foundation, which they plugged back up. The vent pipe is innocuous as well. If you're not actually looking for it, you can't see it. Their contract electrician was also fast and very professional.
