- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive, but reflects our very hands approach to managing your property. Our fees for residential management start as low as just 6% of monthly rent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very detailed process of brining on a new client, especially if the property is vacant and needs to be filled quickly. As part of the Keller Williams Realty group we will have your property listed in the MLS and hundreds of websites for maximum exposure. Our online Owner Portal gives our clients live time access to all of the financial and maintenance status with their property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The early part of my career I was a Partner in the sixth largest CPA firm in the world. Then I ran new construction development for Choice hotels, before developing, running and owning six hotels, office buildings and residential investment properties for my own portfolio. As you can see my knowledge of accounting, construction & maintenance and ownership spans 40 years. In addition, I am a licensed Realtor.
