Communication with this pro started off great and that's why I booked her. On the day of pick up communcation was not there, from answering my phone calls or texts and waiting for 35 min. to pick up my order. what I asked for and paid for was not at all close to what I got. So disappointed with this pro will never use them again.

All I can say is "YUM!" I have ordered from Jay Jazelle a couple of times. Once for a friend's burthday and once for a Bachelorette party. And OMG, so good!! Fluffy. Flavorful. It really is just the right level of sweet. There were no leftovers. It is the closest to my grandma's cakes that I ever tasted. I will certainly use Jay Jazelle for my next event, as well

You will not be disappointed with Jay Jazelle LLC! There are so many options to choose from and you can't go wrong with any of them. Her cookies are so soft and chewy. Her cinnamon rolls are the BEST, especially the icing. YUM! Everything is baked to perfection. Not only is she a fantastic baker, but she is also a joy to work with. She takes pride in everything she makes and you can definitely tell.

Recently got some cookies and let me say they are BOMB! Love all of her products and I’m never disappointed!!! Everything is always so fresh and packaged very well.
