Absolutely the best person to hire for any type of moving project. Most times any mover would need constant direction and not really care about other people's things. The only phone call you need to make is calling Jonathan Garcia. When he arrived he immediately assessed the situation, advised that he will take it from here and he did. Before I looked up, 3 hrs passed, and his work was nothing less than perfect, well-organized, and detail-oriented. I have very expensive Tiffany Lamps, so no worries. I promise you that moving is stressful enough, but if you hire Jonathan, you will not have even a pin drop of stress. So, pick up the phone and call him?

I wish I could give zero stars to Jonathan and his packing/moving company. After securing a flat rate of $300 for packing my 2-bedroom apartment, I expected professionalism and reliability. I provided all necessary packing materials and clearly outlined the services needed, including disassembly and unmounting, in a written contract. Despite this, Jonathan did not communicate any issues with the contract until the very day of the move, leaving me completely in the lurch. On the day of the appointment, after I had to delay by a mere two hours (from an original 12 PM start, with a notification sent by 6 AM), Jonathan suddenly declared he had underestimated the job and refused to show up unless he received pictures for a new estimate. Moreover, he suddenly found issues with tasks like disassembling a bed and unmounting TVs—tasks he had previously agreed to handle. This last-minute cancellation not only forced me to restart my search for packers but also to hope that those I had previously passed over would still be available. Jonathan's lack of professionalism and accountability in handling the tasks he promised is unacceptable. His service is unreliable, misleading, and frankly unprofessional. Be warned, don't be fooled by the promising pictures or flat rates. This company is a gamble not worth taking.

You added services to the contract Didn't want to pay for the extra services added. Changed the start time of the day of at 6 am due to "sleeping " . We never signed a contract to begin with. There was no agreement made
