FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system depends on the time a job will take and the difficulty of the job itself. Most jobs will be a flat rates and the cost of materials. We are at an advantage and can offer better prices to our customers because our overhead cost of business is not as much as a larger company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process when working with a new client is to have them feel as much at ease as possible with our ability to complete their job at or above their expectations. We like to keep communication open and make sure both parties are at an understanding of the process from estimation to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I myself started doing smaller home improvement jobs as a teen with my father, who was in a similar type of profession. I have been employed as a contractor or handyman for 13+ years. All of my education is from doing the actual work.
