Alvaro was outstanding. I needed my gas range hooked up on the day it was delivered from Home Depot (HD) bc its return policy is only 48 hours from delivery, not installation (which doesn't make a lot of sense), and I wanted to make sure it worked fine within that return period so that I could return it if it didn't. HD could not guarantee this. So I hired Alvaro a couple of weeks before delivery and on the day of delivery I contacted him and he came and installed it within a couple hours of delivery!

I hired Arlo to cap the gas line on my existing dual gas slide-in range and replace it with a smart induction range. I wasn't anticipating any customization to get it to fit but there was quite a bit of additional work which they did. In addition, the replaced the existing 30" double wall ovens with a new smart 30" double wall ovens. Again, I assumed an East swap which was not the case. Some customization was needed to get it to fit in the existing cabinet which they did. I'm so glad I chose them and they were ble to complete both tasks and take away the old appliances too. I'm truly grateful for the service they provided and will definitely highly recommend them.
