About My Rates (Important) This platform requires an hourly rate, but almost all of my clients book flat packages so they know exactly what’s included and there are no surprise add-ons. Typical starting points: Private events & weddings: collections usually start around $1,900 for several hours of coverage and a curated story gallery. Corporate events & conferences: most event content packages start around $2,100 and go up depending on hours, video coverage, and content deliverables. Photo booths: 3-hour booth experiences typically start around $650 for private events and $750 for corporate events. The hourly rate you see on this profile is just a rough indicator. Once I know more about your date, timeline, and priorities, I’ll recommend the best flat package for your needs so your total investment is clear up front. What You Can Expect Working With Me A quick call or questionnaire so I understand your event, your people, and what matters most. Clear, honest pricing, no “gotcha” fees or surprise invoices. A calm, friendly presence on the day who can guide, pose, and organize when needed. Curated images and/or video delivered on time, with at least one early “hero” image or short clip to share quickly.
