Jose Gonzalez was very professional with every step of the way, he was on time, great with communicating and listening to our needs. He took beautiful pictures of our wedding reception and our guests. Our overall experience was excellent and he went over and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a photographer for any special events.

Me and my fiancee had been trying to get married for a couple years but life just kept getting in the way (we have 4 kids) so we finally had a period of time with a very short window to finally tie the knot we used thumbtack and found photo genesis. Jose met all of our needs and with a very short window. He went above and beyond our expectations. I havent been to very many weddings and had no idea what to do and we were on a tight budget. Jose got to the venue early to set up and walk around to look for the best places for photos, he even helped me carry some decorations from the car and set them up. We love the photos he took especially got all of our kids smiling or doing something cute. He even sent us 3 pics the next day and the rest of them before we were told we would get them. We would highly recommend photo genesis and we will use them again in the near future!!

Jose and Jennifer shot at two events for us. The second event (a volunteer/corporate banquet) was shot so well! They were very receptive to ideas and specifics that we wanted for shots. They were an amazing team and so easy to work with. We got sooo many wonderful shots...more than I expected.

He was awesome, and listened to all my crazy directions. We did a gender reveal party, and was all over the place, but he captured all the great moments! And we had previews of a couple of shots that night to post on fb, and then the remaining pictures within a couple days. Definitely using him again!

EXCELLENT!!
Jose arrived earlier than expected and set up immediately, ready for our major, high level Event. His photos were awesome! All proofs were done extremely fast. We will definitely be using Jose again and would highly recommend him. Tremendous patience, physical flexibility (a photographer spends a lot of time pretzeled into odd positions to capture the perfect angle), and an ability to think lucidly before dawn (can't miss that golden light) are also essential.
